Blanche Pearsall, President and CEO of DEDICATED, has been assisting CEOs of mid-sized companies with human resources challenges since 1989. Her experience as a CEO for 25+ years allows her to understand the need for revenue growth, meeting payroll, and creating an environment of success, while also dealing with complex employment situations. Members of the DEDICATED team have been selected based on specific industry expertise such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, etc., along with their ability to listen and understand unique client situations, and their commitment to always doing the right thing. Each team member is certified in their area of expertise.

As a business owner and HR expert, Blanche is skilled in many areas of human resources, and brings an objective, calm approach to problem solving. She understands strategic planning, cash flow, negative employee situations and its impact on coworkers or company reputation.

Blanche’s professional associations include serving on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) for five years, and chairing the National Certification Committee for several years, and speaking at industry conferences and local community colleges. She has received NAPS industry awards for District Director of the Year, CPC of the Year, and CTS of the Year. From 2001-2013, she was a member of the VISTAGE organization, a worldwide membership organization of CEOs seeking to increase personal and professional effectiveness and accountability. She is a member of the Wake Forest Center for Private Business, and serves on the Board of Directors for the DataMax Corporation and DataMax Foundation.

Chip Early, Denver Operations Manager rejoins DEDICATED after nearly twenty years of nonprofit experience, bringing expertise in team building, employee relations, conflict resolution, onboarding processes, creating culture, collaborating across departments, training and development. Chip also enjoys working with decision makers to design and implement coaching in situations where EEOC and DEI are top-of-mind concerns.

Chip holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Southeastern University and is a Certified Human Resource Manager. He loves road biking, snowboarding, and cooking great food with his family.

Chip is excited to meet with the mid-sized companies and non-profit organizations in the Denver, Colorado metro area to discuss how DEDICATED can provide direction and support  to concerns related to employee relations, team building and regulatory matters.
